The application for the program, Rise Up Cambridge, in Massachusetts will begin on June 1 and will end on July 31 and qualified residents will receive $9,000.

Stimulus checks have been the hallmark of the federal and state governments during the pandemic and this time of increasing inflation rate. This helped millions of Americans across the country to meet their financial and daily needs.
In a published article in Washington Examiner, the state of Massachusetts will give a total of $9,000 stimulus check to qualified residents. This is a guaranteed income where qualified residents will give an amount of $500 stimulus check for 18 months.
This is under the program “Rise Up Cambridge” and the application will begin on June 1 and will end on July 31. Approval of the application will be based on a rolling basis.

How to Qualify for a $9,000 Stimulus Check?
The Rise Up Cambridge is designed to help households in Massachusetts with at least one child. This program is funded with an amount of $22 million. According to a report published in Gazette, the following are the requirements:
- An applicant must be a resident of Cambridge
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have at least one person in his or her household under the age of 21
- The household must have an income at or below 250% of the federal poverty level
Meanwhile, the income requirement will also become the basis of the program. Households with two people will become eligible if their income does not go beyond $49,300 a year while not more than $62,150 for a household of three. The amount of income limit slightly increases for every additional member of the household.
