The proposed tax credit could fire up small businesses, prevent criminals from coming back to their old ways, and encourage equality in one go.
Proposed Tax Credit to Amp Small Businesses
A proposed tax credit for Boston is now believed to improve local and small businesses, allowing for more profit and more jobs to be filled. This would allow the encouragement of racial equality in the business and employment industry, as well as save former criminals from coming back to their lives of crime.
It was Rep. Carlos González that proposed the tax credit to his colleagues. The tax credit he proposed would have microbusinesses hire previously incarcerated people of Bay State. González explained that this would be a great opportunity for someone to become a taxpayer after being a tax burden. He added that through these microbusinesses, people would have help coming back into society.

Within the proposal, one Democrat and one Republican, both are representatives from the Revenue Committee, commented on Sen. Michael Moore’s proposal, saying that they liked the senator’s proposal of letting taxpayers deduct tuition payments of up to 50%, it could be for the taxpayers themselves or for those who are dependent to colleges.
Last Tuesday, talks about renewable energy were also raised by Rep. Jeffrey Roy. His proposal for renewable energy featured several heat sources such as heat pumps, renewable hydrogen equipment, and renewable propane. Roy added that researchers from MIT have developed a method of producing renewable propane coming from plastic bottles. Roy labeled it as a great alternative for an energy source.
