Police announced on Monday that the five suspects who are responsible for nine injured people in the Memorial Day shooting near Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, South Florida, have now been arrested and are now in custody.
Tragic Memorial Day Shooting
On May 29, the Hollywood police rushed to the scene after a fight between two groups escalated to gunfire at around 6:45 p.m. on the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, making the people around them scatter hysterically and injuring nine individuals, including a 1-year-old child, according to CNN News US.

Suspects of the Shooting Incident
According to the Hollywood police, two of the five suspects arrested were minors. The three male suspects, ages 15, 16, and 18, were all charged with one count of first degree attempted murder, eight counts of second degree murder, and one count of carrying a concealed weapon.
The two 18-year-old men were both arrested hours after the shooting near Johnson Street, which is only a few blocks away from the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk.
The Hollywood police said in a news release the following day that they had recovered five guns, of which two were identified as stolen from Miami-Dade County and Texas, according to the Miami Herald.
