The Simmons siblings’ car crash accident left their loved ones stricken with grief. The accident that cost the lives of the Simmons siblings happened last December 17, 2021 yet their family and loved ones still felt the lingering grief.

Dawn Simmons, mother of the Simmons siblings is still visiting the graves of her children daily, said TODAY. Dawn was inside the car when the accident happened, along with Christopher’s girlfriend, both survived while sustaining multiple serious injuries, unfortunately the Simmons siblings did not make it.

The family of the Simmons siblings were even devastated upon finding out that the driver who drove in the wrong direction and crashed to the car that the Simmons siblings were in, is intoxicated. John Lundy, 54, had a blood alcohol level, three times past the legal limit.

Due to Lundy’s irresponsible action, the Simmons family are still grieving for the loss of Kamryn, Christopher, and Lindy Simmons, whose ages are 15, 16, and 20 – respectively.

TODAY reported that the bedrooms that the Simmons siblings once used were left untouched since the accident to this day.

Dawn and her daughter Katie founded a nonprofit organization called Simmons 3. The organization aims to spread awareness about drunk-driving and the danger it could cause.

Katie DeRouen, sister of the perished Simmons siblings, posted a heart-wrenching video about the loss of her siblings, in Tiktok.
