The content of the Wheat Ridge police’ post was about their comical arrest of a group of Romanian women dubbed as the ‘Wheat Ridge Kardashians,’ who allegedly stole makeup with a worth of roughly $1,500 from an Ulta store.
Before publicizing the arrests of the group of Romanian women, the Wheat Ridge police recently posted the trio’s photo likening them to the Kardashians but with a faux “missed connection” fashion
The Wheat Ridge Police Department shared on their Facebook post that when the Romanian women walked inside the store, the Wheat Ridge police met eyes with them through the CCTV footage, on May 28.
The group of Romanian women put a $1,443-worth of makeup products into their own bags then go around the register and left with their stolen products. The Wheat Ridge Police Department sarcastically commented on how the alleged thieves are environmentally-friendly as they brought their own bags.
In the post, the Wheat Ridge Police Department also noted that like the Kardashians, the arrested Romanian women were also known across many countries. The Wheat Ridge police found out that the group of Romanian women had ‘dates’ with quite a lot of other police departments like in Chicago and now California amidst coming from Romania.
The Wheat Ridge police department posted photos of the women in a mocking way on the “Missed Connections” section of Craigslist, which many took notice.
