Grant Robicheaux and his girlfriend Cerissa Riley were previously accused of drugging and sexually assaulting women. The judge dismissed the charges due to insufficient evidence in the case. There were also no witnesses who came forward to confirm Grant Robicheaux and Cerissa Riley’s actions.
Charges for alleged drugging and raping women against Grant Robicheaux and girlfriend, Cerissa Riley, were dismissed due to insufficient evidence, according to a California Judge.
In September 2018, Grant Robicheaux and Cerissa Riley were arrested and have strongly denied any accusations of non-consensual actions and of secretly drugging women for sexual purposes.
Grant Robicheaux and Riley have been out on a $1 million bail during the legal proceedings.

During the 2018 elections, ex-District Attorney Rackauckas of Orange County claimed that there were videos showing up to 1,000 women being assaulted by Grant Robicheaux and Riley.
However, when the case was reviewed by the new District Attorney Spitzer in 2020, it was found that there’s no evidence of any videos or photographs showing the victims of Grant Robicheaux and Cerissa Riley’s assault.
The decision to dismiss assault charges against Grant Robicheaux and Cerissa Riley is currently being reviewed by the State Attorney General’s Office.
Grant Robicheaux and Cerissa Riley still have drug charges pending and are scheduled to return to court on July 19. Grant Robicheaux, is also facing charges for possessing an assault weapon.
