The tax office, located at 997 Newnan Road, is at present fully operational and prepared to help with any customer’s requirements. It is apparent that work is being done to temporarily move the county departments from their existing location on College Street to 997 Newnan Road, Carrollton (the old West Georgia Technical College).

Tax Commissioner’s Office will Re-Open on July 25, 2023
In accordance with a Facebook post from Carroll County, GA, the Tax Commissioners Office will be CLOSED MONDAY, JULY 24, 2023, for transition and will RE-OPEN TUESDAY, JULY 25, 2023, AT 8 AM at 997 Newnan Road, Carrollton site, ready to serve all of your requirements! If there are any emergencies during the transition period, please call 770-830-5800.
