According to a published article in The Gazette, the state will not apply sales tax to boating and water activity supplies, camping goods, fishing supplies, general outdoor products, pool supplies, children’s sporting equipment, and children’s toys from May 29 to September 4. Admission to music events, sporting activities, cultural events, and state park annual passes.
The autonomy of the summer holiday affords a tax discount on a variety of holiday purchases, including fishing, camping, water activities, and boating supplies. Toys and athletic equipment for children aged 12 and under, as well as outdoors-related products like sunscreen and insect spray, can be purchased tax-free.es, and exercise facilities are also exempt.

Qualifies for the Sales Tax Holiday
School materials, emergency preparedness goods, appliances, equipment, and hardening products are all taxed in Florida. The home hardening items were designed to make Florida homes less vulnerable to storms and other natural catastrophe damage.
