Investigation to the Incident

According to various accounts, neighborhood law enforcement is conducting investigations into this incident. On “The Story,” Martha MacCallum claimed that a 7-Eleven staffer notified authorities that the precise same person had burglarized the retail establishment in the past few days.

Another merchant subsequently obtained a lengthy wooden plank and started pounding the charged criminal while a different individual remained pinned to the floor. Following that, a man who resembled the characteristics of the would-be burglar had reportedly been evaluated by medical professionals after screaming of shoulder and discomfort in his legs.

Filing a Lawsuit

In a published article of Fox 22, as stated by Fox News contributor Attorney Leo Terrell, the one and only individual who should be legally prosecuted is the yet-unnamed would-be robber. He linked the occurrence to California’s recent law boosting the dollar-value barrier for greater stealing monetary penalties, which has also been connected to a nationwide surge in massive commercial thievery.

Terrell pointed out that prosecutors should not press criminal charges against the 7-Eleven staffers, although filing a lawsuit for the quantity of violence utilized was feasible, albeit ill-fated.
