Billings, Montana, is a significant metropolis in a largely rural state and is located along the Yellowstone River in south-central Montana. It has its share of allure with its breathtaking natural surroundings and numerous cultural hotspots like the Western Heritage Center and the Yellowstone Art Museum.

However, because of its high rates of property crime, which includes robberies, burglaries, and auto thefts, it also ranks among the most dangerous cities in Montana. Unsettlingly, there were 14 homicides in the 110,157-person city in the previous year.
