Recent UFC middleweight champion, Sean Strickland, is causing controversy in social media with his latest antics.
The UFC middleweight champion was seen chasing Monster energy drink rep Hans Molenkamp around a gym with an actual flamethrower.
The UFC middleweight champion fired the flamethrower, which resulted in some of Molenkamp’s arm hair being burned off.
In a different video, the UFC middleweight champion, demonstrated knife techniques, specifically using a knife to properly stab a person in the neck fatally.
These videos come after the UFC middleweight champion made remarks in bad taste, including expressing his belief that women shouldn’t work or vote.
Despite the controversy, Strickland recently became the UFC middleweight champion after defeating Israel Adesanya at the UFC 293 in Sydney.
In a Daily Mail report, the UFC middleweight champion admitted in an Instagram post, just day after he won against Adesanya, that he already broke the approximately £403,000 worth belt that he received after his win.
The UFC middleweight champion was said to have ‘fixed’ the broken belt with a duct tape, Daily Mail added.
After the UFC middleweight champion’s surprising victory over Adesanya, it is uncertain who will he face in his next fight. A potential rematch with Adesanya is said to be a possibility, but the UFC middleweight champion could also potentially fight Dricus du Plessis or Robert Whittaker.
