In a report by CBS News, On a news release, a woman was found dead in his apartment at Elm Street after 1:15 p.m. on Monday, September 25. The woman was found to be Jenean Chapman, 46-year-old. The Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office led the Chapman’s death to a homicide the next day and the unexplainable death investigation proved to the Dallas Police Department that it was murder and the murder suspect arrested.
Fergusons posted that Chapman was loyal, hardworking, beautiful, and fun. She was saddened by the death of her former assistant. She also shared that a couple of months ago, she heard about Chapman and she was happy. The family was saving money to transport the dead body of Jenean back to New York City and pay for legal and funeral costs. The Duchess is also asking for a donation to support the family in any way and wishes the murder suspect arrested.
In a report by NBC News, the murder suspect arrested and was charged with the connection to Chapman’s death on Tuesday. The suspect was said to be James Patrick, 48-year-old and was taken into the custody of University of Texas police in Austin. He was charged with murder and was detained in Travis County. Finally, the murder suspect arrested.

Detective John Valdez at the Dallas Police Department has been asked to speak with anyone who may have information concerning Chapman’s death.
