The death of a 60 year old man puts two suspects in prison who both pleaded guilty.
60 Year Old Man’s Death
Latoya Dale pleaded guilty to complicity to murder and complicity to robbery in the case of Virgil Stewart, a 60 year old man who was shot and killed while walking home from work. Zachary Holden, who shot the 60 year old man, had also pleaded guilty to murder and robbery.
The investigation revealed that Holden and Dale had planned to rob drug dealers, but when that didn’t work out, they decided to rob the first person they came across, which happened to be the 60 year old man. The interrogation video of Dale played a significant role in the convictions of those responsible for the murder of 60 year old man.
Dale claimed she didn’t know that the 60 year old man was going to be killed and denied any involvement in the shooting. Kenton County prosecutors have recommended a 20-year sentence for Dale for the death of the 60 year old man.
According to a published article by FOX19, her sentencing hearing is set for December 12.

The two men lured three teens under the pretense of wanting to buy marijuana vape cartridges but pulled guns on them and demanded the vapes.
The accomplice is facing charges of murder, robbery, assault, and discharging a gun into an occupied vehicle.
