Following his arrest, Cesar Alejandro “N” was transferred to Mexico City, escorted by federal and state law enforcement officers, and taken to the facilities of the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) located at Paseo de la Reforma 75, colonia Guerrero, in the Cuauhtémoc district.
