Attempted murder is the new charge of a man with an already lengthy criminal record.

A 41-year-old transient with a lengthy criminal record was behind bars due to attempted murder on Monday, Oct. 30. The attempted murder charge was after getting accused of stabbing a man during an argument near a Metrolink station in Claremont.
According to the police and jail records, the man was booked on suspicion of attempted murder and is being held without bail.
The man with an attempted murder charge had been the subject of a manhunt following the stabbing just before 4 p.m. on the 22nd of October, near the Metrolink station in Claremont.
According to Claremont police, the suspect of attempted murder got into a verbal argument with the victim and then stabbed him in the ribs.
He was released under Los Angeles County’s recently implemented zero-bail system, police said as San Gabriel Valley Tribune stated.

His other charges aside from the attempted murder were arson, burglary, and even narcotics. He was also recently arrested for arson. Due to the recent stabbing incident and attempted murder, he is now the subject of a manhunt.
According to the police, his release was under the zero bail system being implemented.
