Social Security Expansion Act

The Social Security Expansion Act aims to increase financial support by $200 per month for individuals receiving Social Security benefits or turning 62 in 2023.

In line with the Social Security Expansion Act, stimulus checks will be given to disabled individuals, low-income families, and senior citizens based on state government criteria.

The Social Security Expansion Act is intended for households that meet specific income limits. Veterans, individuals aged 65 or older, and those already receiving social benefits do not need to take action to receive the stimulus as stated in the Social Security Expansion Act.

According to a published article by Marca.com, the Social Security Expansion Act states that family members with a Social Security number can qualify for the Fourth Stimulus Check, even if their parents are ineligible.

In regards to the Social Security Expansion Act, multiple states have approved additional assistance for various needs, including workforce re-entry, one-time checks, disaster relief, mental health workers, nursing homes, correctional facilities, low-income groups, and frontline workers.

Economic Impact Payments Program

In a published article by BSEB Matric 2024, nine states including New York, Virginia, Florida, Tennessee, and Texas, will distribute stimulus checks through the Economic Impact Payments program. These checks aim to boost consumer confidence and spending.
