The company’s HR department reported a “small but significant number of people leaving JCB.” after a two-month probe. Sniffer dogs found narcotics or alcohol on employees at JCB’s Staffordshire headquarters’ turnstiles, manufacturing lines, and offices, leading to the terminations.
