In a groundbreaking move, the Chinese parent firm of Cnano Technology USA (Cnano USA) has hastily removed all references to its participation in the Chinese government’s 863 Program and reported ties to the military. This action follows a recent investigation by the Daily Caller News Foundation (DCNF) that unearthed damning connections between Cnano Technology USA and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its military initiatives.
The Daily Caller News Foundation‘s investigation revealed that Cnano USA, a subsidiary of C-Nano Technology Co., Ltd., sought to establish a manufacturing facility in Kansas, merely 35 miles from several U.S. military bases. Furthermore, it was disclosed that Cnano Jiangsu, the entity behind C-Nano Technology Co., Ltd., employs 28 CCP members, promotes CCP propaganda, and allegedly partakes in the Chinese government’s “863 Program.” This government initiative is accused of nefarious activities, such as covertly acquiring U.S. technology and sensitive economic information.
The website scrubbing by Cnano USA’s Chinese parent firm occurred shortly after the DCNF’s investigation brought these disconcerting connections to light. This swift action adds weight to the gravity of the findings and raises questions about the intentions behind these apparent cover-up efforts.
