A courageous neighbor who saw fit to step in reported that a 6’3″ Black man had seized the distraught woman by force and thrown her into the Charger’s back seat. The witness disclosed that the woman had made a frantic call for assistance during the concerning incident.
As the neighbor rushed to assist, an additional Black man, armed with a handgun, emerged from a white Toyota 4-Runner from the mid-2000s. The situation escalated, adding an element of danger and intensifying the urgency of the unfolding events.
