Negligence Of The Anne Carlsen Center
In a published article by InForum, the lawsuit claims that the Anne Carlsen Center was negligent in providing childcare services and the family is seeking at least $50,000 in damages.
The employee of the Anne Carlsen Center, Michael Hunt-Walters, was charged with gross imposition but the charges were dismissed due to lack of evidence. The family reported noticing bruising on the child’s thigh and underwear.
The incident occurred at Meidinger Square, a space leased by Anne Carlsen for early intervention services. The family’s attorney argues that the assaults happened in the course of Hunt-Walters’ employment, even when off the facility premises.
