This happened in Center City, Philadelphia, in October, which led to Cody Heron pleading guilty to aggravated assault and weapons charges.
Heron, who pleaded guilty to aggravated assault, was part of a group of dirt bike and ATV riders who filled the road bordering City Hall, causing traffic to stop. An Argument And A Headbutt
In a published article by CBS News, Cody Heron, 27, was filmed on October 1, 2023, running his bike into the car door of delivery driver Nikki Bullock, which led to an argument. When Bullock confronted him, Heron pulled out a gun and headbutted her.
Bullock pushed Heron and his motorcycle down, and he was also seen jumping on her car. When Heron smashed the rear window, glass shards injured two young children inside the car. Heron has now pleaded guilty to the charges.
