Park Bo-ram was a South Korean singer. Taking part in Mnet’s SuperStar K2, Park finished in eighth place. Her debut came with the release of the digital single “Beautiful” featuring Zico on August 7, 2014. That same year, she received the Artist of the Year award for August at the Gaon Chart K-Pop Awards and was nominated for Best New Artist at prestigious events like the Mnet Asian Music Awards, Golden Disc Awards, and Melon Music Awards. Sadly, she passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at the age of 30 after collapsing at her friend’s home.

Park Bo-ram was born on 1 March 1994 in Chuncheon-si, South Korea. She has two brothers. In 2010, she lost her father, and later, on October 3, 2017, her mother passed away after battling an illness. Park Bo-ram died on 11 April 2024 at the age of 30 in Guri, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea.
On April 11, 2024, Park collapsed and suffered cardiac arrest at a friend’s house in Seoul. According to the Namyangju police department’s incident report on April 12, Park was at a private gathering with two friends that evening. She excused herself around 9:55 p.m. to go to the washroom and didn’t return for a while. Her friends found her unconscious over the sink and performed CPR until the ambulance arrived. Sadly, he was pronounced dead at Hanyang University Guri Hospital at 11:17 pm. The cause of death was unknown and under investigation at the time of the report.

In March 2014, Park Boram made her surprise appearance in Hong Dae Kwang’s “Thank You My Love” music video.
On August 7, 2014, Park Boram debuted with the single “Beautiful” featuring rapper Zico, making her official stage debut at SBS Inkigayo on August 10, 2014. The song peaked at number 2 on Gaon. In November 2014, she appeared in Natthew’s music video for the single “Love Will Be Ok.”
In October 2018, Park signed with Huayi Brothers, and in December 2021, she signed with Xanadu Entertainment.
