Remember these Garden Grove suburbs that don’t live up to the allure of Garden Grove itself.
Unalluring Garden Grove Suburbs
The Garden Grove suburbs are a magnet for individuals seeking an escape from urban life. Nevertheless, not all of these Garden Grove suburbs live up to the allure of Garden Grove.
According to a published article by RoadSnacks, the most undesirable suburbs of Garden Grove for the year 2023 are identified as Commerce, Cudahy, Huntington Park, Montclair, Compton, Lynwood, Bell Gardens, and Bell. South Gate, and Pomona are also deemed as undesirable Garden Grove suburbs.
Commerce, one of the undesirable Garden Grove suburbs, is deemed the most unfavorable suburb due to factors such as meager income and property values. Cudahy exhibits the lowest income levels in the metropolitan area, while Huntington Park ranks third in terms of income scarcity which also makes it as one of the undesirable Garden Grove suburbs.
These Garden Grove suburbs not only grapple with low income levels but also confront other obstacles that diminish their appeal. Montclair, for instance, wrestles with elevated crime rates, rendering it a less secure choice for residents. Compton and Lynwood are also undesirable Garden Grove suburbs and bears a reputation for crime and gang activity, factors that may discourage potential residents.
