A New Law That Confuses Chinese Students
In a published article by VOA News, the law restricts cooperation between the institutions and their counterparts in China and several other countries.

The law prohibits state colleges and universities in Florida from accepting gifts or grants from colleges or universities based in China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Venezuela, and Syria. It also restricts partnerships and agreements with these countries unless authorized.
