Mass Shooting Leaves 1 Youngster Dead And 9 Wounded In St. Louis Missouri
According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, they are now investigating a mass shooting that left one young person dead and nine others wounded in St. Louis, Missouri early Sunday morning.
The shooting happened around 1 a.m. on Sunday along the intersection of 14th Street and Washington Avenue in the city’s downtown area. Robert Tracy, St. Louis Police Chief Officer said during a news conference that there was initially a large group of people running from a building near the intersection after the police officers received a call reporting a mass shooting incident on the fifth floor of the building.
According to a preliminary investigation, there are a group of young people attending a party on a building’s fifth floor which is meant to be an office space after the shooting the officers arrived and saw 10 young people with apparent gunshot wounds on the scene.

1 Youngster Dead And 9 Wounded After The St. Louis Missouri Mass Shooting
A 17-year-old male was pronounced dead and the rest who were wounded were rushed to the nearest hospital. Some of them are identified and they are just 15 to 16 years of age. One of them is another 17-year-old female who suffered from a serious injury to her spine because of running down the stairs and falling down. Authorities are still investigating and have not shared any potential reason for the mass shooting attack.
