California Technical Academy CEO and founder Michael Bostock, 54, is facing a 5-year imprisonment charge for swindling the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs of roughly $105 million. The DOJ stated that the Post-9/11 GI Bill Fraud Scheme orchestrated by Bostock and his accomplices started along the dates of January 2012 to June 2022.

$32 million in tuition payments was bagged by the school from nearly 1,800 enrolled veterans in the span of 10 years.
