Iowa Teens Pleaded Guilty for Murder of Spanish Teacher
The Iowa teens Willard Miller and Jeremy Goodale, who pleaded guilty to murder, were sentenced to life in prison with a possibility of parole after 35 years. According to People, the Iowa teens killed their Spanish teacher because of the bad grades that they got from her. The victim is Nohema Graber, 66.
The victim was having her regular afternoon walk at a park in Fairfield when the Iowa teens struck her with a baseball bat to death. BBC reported that one of the Iowa teens, Willard Miller, was sentenced to life in prison and ordered to pay the victim’s family at least $150,000.
The authorities claim that the Iowa teens followed her after discussing the bad grades they got from Graber. The Spanish teacher was dead on the spot after being beaten to death by the Iowa teens.
Iowa Teens Hid Graber’s Body Under a Tarp
After beating Graber with a bat, the Iowa teens hid the body under a tarp, wheelbarrow, and railroad ties. As per AP News, Graber’s body was found on Nov. 3, 2021.
The report also stated that witnesses saw her leaving a van with two males, allegedly the two Iowa teens.
“The poor grade is believed to be the motive behind the murder of Graber which directly connects Miller,” court documents said, as quoted in the report.
