Death of Texas Deputy David Bosecker
Around 9 p.m. Texas Deputy David Bosecker responded to a domestic fight on Friday.
The crime occurred at a home on Highway 183, between Cisco and Rising Star. Bosecker was the first to respond to the scene and tragically lost his life after being shot. The suspect released multiple shots to the deputy leaving him heavily wounded, according to FOX News.
The quick action of other deputies led to the immediate arrest of the suspect, preventing any further injuries. The suspect was identified as Cody Douglas Pritchard, 42 years old. The authorities have taken the suspect for the death of David Bosecker into the Stephens County Jail. The suspect was charged with Capital Murder.
