Donald Trump’s Alleged Criminal Charges
U.S. Special Counsel Jack Smith filed three fresh criminal counts against Trump, raising the total to 40, and accused Carlos De Oliveira, a maintenance worker at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club, with conspiracy to obstruct justice, accusing him of assisting Trump in concealing papers.

Classified documents were highly classified
The allegations have been made public hours shortly after Trump said his counsel met with Justice Department officials probing his efforts to overturn his 2020 election loss to Democrat Joe Biden, implying that more criminal charges could be forthcoming.
