Houston police are currently investigating fatal motorcycle crash that occurred on Monday night at 4900 Eastex Freeway.
The fatal motorcycle crash deceased victim, a 28-year-old male, has yet to be officially identified by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
Houston Police Department Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant Ramirez and Officer Kumar reported that the 28-year-old fatal motorcycle crash victim was driving a red Suzuki SV6 motorcycle in the northbound lanes of the 4900 Eastex Freeway and exited to the 610 North Loop West (North Interstate Highway 610 West) ramp during the time of the fatal motorcycle crash.
As the said 28-year-old fatal motorcycle crash victim was taking the curve on the ramp, he failed to maintain a single lane, lost control of the motorcycle and struck a concrete wall leading to the fatal motorcycle crash.
The impact of the fatal motorcycle crash caused the victim to fall from the ramp to a grassy field below.
It was said that Paramedics transported the fatal motorcycle crash victim to Memorial Hermann – Texas Medical Center where the fatal motorcycle crash victim was pronounced dead.
According to the report, there were no other vehicles involved in the fatal motorcycle crash. The authorities are still conducting an investigation in relation to the said fatal motorcycle crash incident.
CW39 reported that a similar fatal motorcycle crash incident happened on the Eastex Freeway at Aldine Bender Road just of Tuesday last week.
Although deputies are indicating that the fatal motorcycle crash incident could be a hit-and-run incident, but so far, no arrests has been made.
