Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest of 16-Year-Old Suspect
In a significant development released by CBS News, in September 27, 2023, related to the shooting of Minneapolis Police Officer Jacob Spies, a 16-year-old boy was apprehended on Tuesday evening during a routine traffic stop on Dowling Avenue North and Morgan Avenue North. On that fateful evening, officers were in pursuit of an SUV believed to be linked to a robbery in Brooklyn Park. Two additional individuals who were in the SUV at the time of the incident were also taken into custody.
