Due to lack of evidence, Barry Morphew, husband of Suzanne Morphew who went missing years ago, is not imprisoned yet. This may soon change as Suzanne’s body is already found.
“Lack Of Evidence” No More
After the remains of missing mother Suzanne Morphew were found, her husband Barry Morphew, who was not imprisoned due to lack of evidence, is likely to face murder charges for a second time. Suzanne disappeared during a bike ride in 2020, and his husband who was not imprisoned due to lack of evidence was the last person to see her alive.
The man who wasn’t imprisoned due to lack of evidence was initially arrested in 2021. However, the case was dismissed due to lack of evidence.
However, now that Suzanne’s body has been found, it is expected that new charges will be filed against her husband who was not yet imprisoned due to lack of evidence. The defense team maintains Barry’s innocence and fights that there is still a lack of evidence.
According to a published article by The Messenger, they claim that the authorities got it wrong and are urging them to charge the actual person responsible for Suzanne’s death.
Undisclosed Location
In a published article by FOX 56, on May 5, 2021, human remains were found in an undisclosed location. The specific state of the remains has not been revealed, but the family has been notified.
Barry’s attorney released a statement expressing sadness and urging officials to find the person responsible for Suzanne’s death. They maintain Barry’s innocence and hope that the authorities will focus on the true culprit.
