This tragic incident unfolded in the early hours of Monday on Malcolm X Boulevard in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, captured by surveillance footage that reveals a series of events leading to Carson’s untimely demise.

Around 4 a.m., Carson and his girlfriend were peacefully seated at a bus stop when the 18-year-old suspect Dowling, allegedly the assailant, walked past without any apparent interaction.
