According to the recent report published by Fox News, in October 30, 2023, in the wake of a tragic shooting incident in Tampa, Florida, authorities have made a significant breakthrough by arresting a suspect for 2nd degree murder. The incident occurred in the early hours of a Sunday, resulting in the death of two individuals and injuries to 16 others. The chaos unfolded in the vibrant Ybor City neighborhood, near a row of bars and clubs.

The shooting took place near the 1600 block of East 7th Avenue, casting a dark shadow over Halloween celebrations.
