Professional Dancer Stabbed to death
O’Shae Sibley, a 28-year-old professional dancer who was fatally wounded whilst performing to Beyonce music when accosted by the suspect, puzzled members of the LGBT community and elicited tributes from Beyonce and filmmaker Spike Lee.
Authorities detained a teenage boy on Friday for involvement with the fatal shooting of gay 28-year-old O’Shae Sibley. The accused person’s name was not disclosed by police.
The stabbing unfolded following an argument between the two factions at one of the gas pumps, where Sibley was having fun with his buddies to a Beyoncé song. Before the altercation turned aggressive authorities said the opposing party had mocked Sibley’s group. The suspect faced charges of hate crime murder and unlawful possession of a firearm.

Crime Scene in the CCTC Footage
In a News Hampshire Union Leader article, for a few minutes, footage from security cameras revealed the two groups arguing. The two groups were advancing until Sibley and his companion came swiftly and drove by one of the young guys still behind recording on his phone. Sibley might have been seen in the footage chasing the boy and then lunging toward him before the two vanished from sight. He walks backward into view, clutches his side, and then falls on the pavement.
The young person, whom law enforcement did not identify, resides in Brooklyn and was found earlier this week by the police employing footage and collaboration with other municipal agencies, according to Mr. Kenny. Mr. Kenny stated that the suspect surrendered himself after reaching an agreement with his counsel. He was arrested and prosecuted with second-degree murder, which is a hate crime, in addition to unlawful ownership of a firearm.
