Dmitry Medvedev, the head of Russia’s security council and a close friend of Russian President Vladimir Putin, claimed that the United States would experience new attacks with new tactics that resembled those of September 11th.
Dmitry Medvedev warned the US about a possible 9/11 attack
Today, as the United States commemorates the 22nd anniversary of the horrific al-Qaeda assaults that were inspired by the infamous Osama bin Laden and carried out on 9/11, Dmitry Medvedev asserted that the United States might once more face the same fate but this time with nuclear attacks.
From 2008 until 2012, Dmitry Medvedev, a divisive figure noted for his personality, presided over Russia. A day before the anniversary of September 11, when 19 hijackers commandeered four planes, crashed the first two into the World Trade Center Twin Towers in New York City, and then directed the remaining two flights toward targets in or near Washington, D.C., in an attack on the nation’s capital, he made the “confusing” remark.
I do not intend to forebode, but they’re going to realize that at a certain point, terrorists will attempt a different 11/09/2001-style strike, but involving a nuclear or biological component, the Russian politician, Dmitry Medvedev said in a Telegram post on the night of the deadly 9/11 attack that read, “A few words ahead of 11/9.”

Online perspective on Dmitry Medvedev’s remarks
“Or even worse: one of the leaders of nuclear countries will lose his nerve and make an emotional decision to use WMD. Especially since the nuclear club is constantly expanding and a significant part of it is not bound by any obligations.” He added. Dmitry Medvedev was the former Prime Minister of Russia from 2012 to 2020.
Online debate has erupted over Dmitry Medvedev’s most recent remarks as some have suggested that Russia may be preparing to deploy nuclear weapons against the United States, which is preparing to commemorate the 22nd anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.
