Manager Torey Lovullo’s Contract

The Arizona Diamondbacks have extended manager Torey Lovullo’s contract through the 2026 season after their unexpected run to the World Series. Torey Lovullo’s contract had already been extended through 2024 in June before the team’s postseason success.

Torey Lovullo, the 58-year-old manager, has been with the Diamondbacks for seven seasons and was named NL Manager of the Year in 2017. The team led by Torey Lovullo has experienced a quick turnaround following a 110-loss season in 2021 and is expected to be competitive in the upcoming years with a young core of players.

The contract of manager Torey Lovullo has been extended by the Arizona Diamondbacks until the 2026 season, following their surprising journey to the World Series. Torey Lovullo’s contract had previously been extended until 2024 in June, prior to the team’s success in the postseason.

According to a published article by AP News, Torey Lovullo has been with the Diamondbacks for seven seasons and was honored as the NL Manager of the Year in 2017. With a young group of players managed by Torey Lovullo, the team has swiftly turned around its fortunes after a dismal 110-loss season in 2021, and they are expected to remain competitive in the coming years.

In a published article by Sports Illustrated, Torey Lovullo recently finished his most successful season as the manager of the Arizona Diamondbacks, the second time in Lovullo’s career.
