A young boy in Michigan stole a forklift and led police on a chase, hitting parked cars along the way. The daring escapade involving the young boy left the community in shock.

Bystanders watched in disbelief, their jaws dropping at the audacity of the young boy. The pursuit started after the young boy tried to steal the construction vehicle near a middle school.
After being chased for about 30 minutes, the young boy was eventually caught by deputies. The forklift stolen by the young boy was found unlocked at the middle school with the key hidden inside.
According to a published article by Fox News, the incident is currently under investigation.

In a published article by NBC News, the young boy hit about 10 parked cars during the chase, using a forklift-equipped Construction Genie GTH-636 Telehandler that weighed up to 35,000 pounds.
The vehicle was stolen from a school using a key found inside. The police responded to a call and found the boy driving without headlights on.
The chase ended when the child left the city limits, and he was later taken into custody and placed in a juvenile detention center. No one was reported harmed during the incident regarding the stolen machinery.
