Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department’s Ongoing Investigation

The Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department in Wisconsin is investigating the death of a 28-year-old man who was in police custody. The Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department
stated that the man was arrested by New Berlin Police after being pulled over during a traffic stop.

He initially cooperated with the officers but later became unresponsive while in the hospital and was pronounced dead, the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department added. Three officers have been placed on administrative leave as per protocol, and the investigation is being taken over by the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department.

According to a published article by TMJ4, the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department did not disclose the identity of the man.

The Reason For The Hospital Transfer Remains Unclear
