Andrew Huber-Young’s Murder Charges

A 19-year-old man named Andrew Huber-Young in Maine has been charged with murder after allegedly shooting and killing his 2-year-old niece during a family fight. Andrew Huber-Young turned himself into the police after the incident, which also left two adult men injured.

Andrew Huber-Young’s niece was taken to the hospital but unfortunately did not survive. Authorities have not released the names of the men who were injured after Andrew Huber-Young’s crimes.

Witnesses reported hearing an argument before gunshots were fired which were allegedly by Andrew Huber-Young. The girl’s family, who are deeply angered and saddened by Andrew Huber-Young’s doings, described her as a happy child who was just starting to talk.

According to a published article by The Independent, the alleged shooting occurred during a dispute between Andrew Huber-Young and his parents, who had been asking him to leave. Andrew Huber-Young is currently being held without bail, and police anticipate additional charges as the investigation continues.

Octavia Huber Young’s Untimely Death

In a published article by CBS News, the toddler, identified as Octavia Huber Young, sadly succumbed to her injuries. The two injured men, whose identities and relationship to the shooter are being withheld by the police, were hospitalized but have since been released.

Octavia’s mother described her as a joyful and playful child who always wanted to be like her older sister.
