Turkey has also made it to the list of the cheapest places to travel due to an economic crisis, with a budget of $47/day. It offers beautiful cities to explore, such as Istanbul with its famous Grand Bazaar.
Traveling in Peru, another one of the cheapest places to travel can be affordable, with an average daily expense of $55, allowing you to immerse yourself in the local culture and try traditional cuisine.
Mexico is another one of the most affordable places to travel, offering sun-kissed beaches, bustling cities, and ancient ruins. With an average daily expense of $74, you can enjoy street tacos, local tequilas, and vibrant markets while saving money by dining where locals do.
