Banks’ Crime

The 35-year-old man from Colorado named Jerry Banks went to Vermont’s District Court and changed his plea to guilty. Banks is said to be responsible for the abduction and murder of Gregory Davis last January 2018, which led to his murder-for-hire charges. It was on the side of a Vermont back road where Davis’ body was found by the authorities.

According to prosecutors, Banks is said to be a part of an international conspiracy that started when Davis was threatening to approach the FBI to report Banks’ involvement in an oil deal scam with Serhat Gumrucku, Banks’ conspirator who is facing the same charges in the same case.
