Fife shouldn’t be on your radar if you’re looking for the safest neighborhoods in Tacoma.
2. TUKWILA

Tukwila is once again included in our ranking of the most dangerous cities in Washington. With a general crime rate that is nearly seven times higher than the national average, the cause is obvious. A resident of Tukwila had a one in six chance of becoming a victim of a property crime in 2020, which included astonishing 530 car thefts and 222 burglaries.
In terms of rape cases nationwide, the city came in third. It may be fun to spend the day at Crystal Springs Park, but make sure you have company and get home before it gets dark.
3. TACOMA
