The 61-year-old Stephen Sauer, a former Louisiana Catholic priest, pleaded guilty to sexual abuse crimes, including the rape of 17 men he picked up.

The former Catholic priest pleaded guilty after admitting that he molested intoxicated men. The Catholic priest also revealed that he offered them help and spiked their drinks at the bar.
According to Fox News, the Catholic priest admitted that he used an eyedropper and then fed his victims sleep-inducing substances while his victims were intoxicated. The Catholic priest also admitted to filming them while they were sleeping.
Jefferson Parish District Attorney Paul D. Connick Jr. said that the crimes happened between 2019 and 2021 and some of the Catholic priest’s victims are out of state. As per ABC News, the investigation started when the Catholic priest sent a computer to a technician, where he discovered a lot of sexual assault images.
The authorities also revealed that the Catholic priest shared those images through email.

The Catholic Priest Pleaded Guilty to Numerous Counts of Sexual Abuse Crimes
Judge Shayna Beevers Morvant of Metairie, La, sentenced the Catholic priest to 25 years in prison. The Catholic priest is facing 13 counts of sexual battery, and nine counts of rape, as per the source.
The Catholic priest is also considered and registered as a sexual offender.
